6. Student Conduct and Etiquette (Adab)

As an institution dedicated to Islamic education, we expect a high standard of conduct from our students.

• Respect: Interactions with instructors and fellow students (in forums or live classes) must be respectful and courteous.
• Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, abusive language, or disruption of classes will not be tolerated.
• Academic Integrity: Cheating on quizzes or falsely claiming completion of courses is prohibited.

Violation of this section may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

7. Disclaimers

• Educational Purpose: Our courses are designed for educational and spiritual enrichment. While we strive for authenticity based on the Quran and Sunnah, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or certifications unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deeniyat Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
