1. General Refund Policy
A. For Self-Paced (Recorded) Courses
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a refund window of 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within this period.
- Condition for Refund: The refund is only applicable if you have viewed less than 20% of the course content. If our system indicates that you have completed more than 20% of the course or downloaded the materials, you will not be eligible for a refund.
B. For Live Classes / Batches
- Before the Batch Starts: If you cancel your enrolment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the batch, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- After the Batch Starts: Once the first live session has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.
- Exception: If you attend the first two classes and feel the course is not right for you, you may request a refund within 3 days of the batch start date. A partial refund (pro-rated deduction for attended classes) may be processed at our sole discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Downloadable Digital Products: E-books, PDFs, or other digital resources that can be downloaded immediately upon purchase.
- Administrative Fees: Any registration or processing fees explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Course Extensions: Fees paid to extend the validity or access duration of a course.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include Details: In the email, please provide:
- Your Full Name.
- Registered Email Address.
- Name of the Course.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Processing: Our team will review your request to ensure it meets the criteria outlined above.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If any refund is approved, we will initiate and credit the refund within 10 days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that while we initiate the refund within this timeframe, your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account statement.
5. Course Cancellations by Deeniyat Online
- Cancellation: If we cancel a batch or course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or technical issues, you will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid.
- Rescheduling: If a course start date is rescheduled and the new dates do not work for you, you are entitled to a full refund.
6. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and process a full refund for the duplicate amount.
